Mind you when I had mine it was about twenty years ago, all gone now. Now I can help  people who have these problems. I see there is a directory on here I can go on to get clients, great stuff, splendid.

Someone who has been through anxiety and who is properly qualified can help with that a lot.

There no need for anxiety feelings. You tell self you fine. You not worried or got problem and all is well. You put mind over matters.

You can get help for this. I had this help. For a few years I kept getting panic attacks and being in a state and feeling sick and stomach. Hard to eat or concentrate cause of stress. The doctor gave me stuff but it made it worse not better. I had to struggle without any help for a bit and then came out ok.

Anxiety is bad, yes, not just about being worried, this what people don't get. It can be making you feel sick, not able to eat, hot and cold, shivering, sweating and much more. You must apologise to those around you because it hell for them to be near you while this goes on.

Anxiety is awful but sometimes we need to think carefully about what can help us rather than get swamped with that horrible feeling and let it take over our thinking. I had a bad case of anxiety a long time ago - thirty years? I was given medication  by the doctor but it made me feel far worse. When you tell doctors that you feel awful on medication they often fob you off with promises it will get better or it is worth it, but what they really mean is they want you to carry on taking it anyway, even if it makes you feel horrible. It saves them thinking about alternatives or they know the alternatives are just as bad or worse. I stopped taking my medication and after a while felt perfectly alright, just showing that doctors to not know everything - or do I mean anything?  Nowadays you can google whatever anyway, you don't need to make an appointment to speak to a doctor, it is quicker, it is cheaper and you are more likely to find out what you need to know. After all doctors cannot specialise in everything and cannot know all of the medicines and times it is not about medicine.
