I just want to say that it is very upsetting when someone close passes over, it can do your head in and make you want to disappear, my best friend died a year ago and it knocked me for six, I could not function and had to see a doctor and get help quickly, but there is hope, it is not the end of the World even though it seems so, I tried a few different medications and eventually hit on the right one, an anti depressant, and am much better now, much calmer and happier. I still miss her very much and think of her every day but think of how wonderful it was that we had that precious time together rather than it all being doom and gloom.
