My best friend died a year or so ago, it's still hurting, still think of her daily, but all is not lost. I have photos, letters, cards, texts that keep her alive in my heart. If you lose anyone  who you loved a lot keep the good times somehow. It makes it all worth it and keeps those horrible thoughts away. I thought of ending it, I had nobody at all, the doctor helped me with some good tablets, it took some time for them to work but they do now, one day hoping can stop taking them but for now they do the trick.

I feel for you. Please try to improve your diet with some serotonin, it is natural in food, an anti depressant and can help you sleep if you balance it right.

The sad thing is you may miss her forever, for the rest of your life. The great thing is that  you met her and had her and many have never had such a great love ever.

My thoughts are with you, I hope you can get past this without too much bruising and upset. Sometimes it can do even more, make you physically ill. When my love died (the person did not die but the relationship finished and they would not return to me) I felt a lot of grief but also anger that they would choose not to be with me and it all seemed so unfair. For a while I kept trying to get back with them then accepted they were moving on and did not want to return. It's worse in some ways when the person still lives because it was their choice, at least when the person dies you know they wanted to be with you still. And you don't imagine them with someone else.
