Think this is a good question.  Most drift into being with someone and copy everyone else because it seems the right thing to do. I am an introvert and like being alone, I find relationships, even casual ones hard to cope with, like a struggle and a problem to achieve very little if anything. I found out that the people who desperately want to be with me are drifting along and needing to settle with someone. Perhaps they really wanted to be with others but the others were not interested, so they settle for me. Once I met a woman who was on drugs, she was addicted to cocaine, had a messed up life and always short of money, she very much wanted to cling to me, but that seemed to be just because she was alone and she thought it would be convenient.  I saw her for a bit and she expected me to work and pay for her drugs. You can see why she would not want to be alone then.  But there was no connection between us, there was nothing good about it  She was so different to the sort of woman I would want if choosing someone. And all she ever thought about was drugs, or maybe drink.

Not much point all just words. Women are quick to say he is my lover, my boyfriend, my fiance, my husband, it makes them feel safer and more secure. Men often marry them or move in with them for practical reasons or to make her happy and stop her nagging.

Yes this is true!

I am not wanting to be a professional here. Only come here now and then when it suits me. Not wanting people to ask me to help them regularly. But for those who struggle big time you should hire one of the professionals here, it saves you talking to friends who talk rubbish, or  chatting to people on forums who are clueless.
