Can you get someone arrested and questioned for pestering you and worrying you? Or do they only go see them when they hurt you?

Am in England so don't know where you are and how it is there. But here they are getting tougher. Still seems to be that they are always wise after the event though, chasing someone once he has murdered her isn't much use.

About time they sorted out this stuff for good, too fuzzy and confusing. Some of the people are quick to cry stalking or rape when you not even doing it in first place. Cry wolf too often and you get it up you.

When I split up from my girlfriend a few months ago I carried on chasing her following her around and texting is that stalking who knows, Her dad came after me and really had a go at me warned me against pestering his daughter told me what he would do if i carried on fair put the wind up me.
