I love the idea of doing one or more of these unusual jobs, it's so much better to say this than that you are just typing or serving in a shop.  Everyone says I am bubbly and funny and good company so think I could do very well as a professional friend or agony aunt or something like that too. I will look into finding clients who live near me to meet up with and help out.

I used to work at a hairdresser where the people were always going on about their arguments with their boyfriends or their husbands. Sometimes this would go on for an hour or more and I felt that not only was it draining and "here we go again" but we should be paid for this counselling and advising just as we should be paid for the hairdressing.  We got a tip from most but that did not cover the hour or so of listening to these boring problems and advising them.  It was hard to do hair AND listen properly at same time as well.

Why it always a woman, always an aunt and never an uncle? This so unfare. I can give advice with the best of them, just as good as the other advice from womens. My reading and writing as good as womens. My speling is as good, I care as much, and I need the money as much as they do.

I could give any woman a run for her money, my advice is terrific - I went through a long thing with ex wife, learned a lot from it, far more cautious now about people and who I get involved with or how much I get involved. Best to walk away if things get tough or you are putting in more than you get back.

It's great to get an advice columnist or agony aunt job. It must be. Cannot see any negatives to it. You get very well paid. You are helping others. You are being well respected by all you know. You choose your hours. You can do it from home online, no travelling or expense of travelling. It's interesting and challenging, and for someone who is good at reading and writing and knows about love and dating etc it's as easy as falling off a log. I was searching online for an advice columnist job.I thought a magazine or newspaper would be advertising,  but that don't make sense now I think about it. You will end up with people expecting this though. Like it is worthwhile for a magazine to set up a website every time they hire one member of staff. I can see that it makes more sense for it to be on a directory like this, especially when so many people are looking for someone to do it for them one to one online when they feel the need. They are hardly going to set up an agony aunt site just for that.  My sister told me about this site because I am keen on writing. And looking for writing work, but because I live on my own and don't have other income it has to be very well paid too. These agony aunt jobs on here are.  In the USA they call that an advice columnist but to me it is all the same thing.

Please tell me what the difference is between an agony aunt, an advice columnist or a relationship expert? I am a relationship expert definitely. I live with a man who drinks a lot, he is drunk most days, he often hits me, so I know all about being in difficulties in a relationship.  Is this what an agony aunt does, give advice on things like this or is it different to being a relationship expert? Please tell me if there is a difference. When I have some spare time I will sign up and sell my advice on how to deal with difficult relationships and how to deal with a difficult man. Look at four me on the forum and hire me, as I am the best here I promise.
