I live in England and I know they are short of doctors. But I cannot seem to get to be one despite being desperate to do this as my full time job. Momentarily I work as a road sweeper but it is boring and the weather is hard sometimes, I've read a book about how to do surgery and medicine, how to diagnose illnesses, so I have all of the knowledge and information I need to work in a hospital saving lives and curing people. It seems such a waste that I can do all this and have so much helpful information inside me yet here I am sweeping up roads instead. I have thought of becoming a private surgeon and doctor. Do I put an ad in the local newspaper or craigslist with a price list?

You can learn to be a naturopathic doctor my sweet, the trouble with that is there are so many free websites for all this stuff now, where they get their money by selling books or google ads instead of selling consultations.  So the true naturopath is now unable to get paid for a consultation, and this means that very few will bother to do the training or pay for the course. To be a normal doctor find out. Contact your own doctor and ask him if you have to, how to do it. Doctors are supposed to be smart and wise, not needing other people to make their decisions for them and think for them. I doubt I would want YOU as my doctor you don't have any initiative or gumption... an online agony aunt.
